CELINE HERNANDEZ

Co-Founder | Creative Director

Celine is a Director and Creative Lead with a background in film and television production, specialising in visually driven storytelling across branded content, documentaries, and music videos.

With a strong focus on narrative, atmosphere, and performance, her work combines cinematic visuals with emotionally grounded storytelling.

Her experience spans campaign development, creative direction, and post-production, leading projects from concept through to final delivery with a refined and collaborative approach. Through CRESCENDO Celine brings a distinct visual perspective and creative instinct to projects that aim to connect deeply with audiences.

Selected projects include EZINK’s No Limits campaign, Greener Pastures: The Making Of, and the award-winning short documentary Odd One Out.

TAYLAH BARBEITOS

Taylah is a Producer and Production Lead with experience across broadcast television, branded content, documentary, and independent film production. With a strong foundation in production coordination and creative producing, she specialises in bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to projects from development through to delivery.

Her background includes work across commercial campaigns, documentary productions, music videos, and international productions filming within Australia, with experience managing logistics, production workflows, on-set operations, and creative execution across fast-paced environments.

At CRESCENDO, Taylah leads the production and strategic side of the company, balancing practical execution with a deep understanding of story and collaboration. Together with Celine, she forms a creative and production partnership built on complementary strengths, shared vision, and a commitment to meaningful storytelling.
